Who am I?

I am a Université de Montréal graduated nurse who practiced for 32 years. Physical activity, movement and keeping active have always been priorities for me in order to maintain optimal health. I have been an instructor at Swann and given fitness group classes during lunch hour at work. I am also a running enthusiast, both road and trail, and I practice strength training regularly. In 2020, my strong personal belief that physical activity plays an important role on maintaining physical and mental health lead me to retire early and get certified as a personal trainer. Loaded with this certificate, my persuasion and my energy, I created Chantal-M Training.

My mission is to offer women, who too often put their own needs aside, an occasion to replenish their energy and vitality levels.

Looking forward to fill up with energy with you!
